After 16 years of marriage, my husband and I decided to undergo the long Process to build the custom home of our dreams. Brett built a cabin for my family approximately 5 years ago. Over the years, we have looked at various contractors and chosen not to build based on cost or lack of confidence in the contractor. Brett has given us a quality product, outstanding customer service, honest opinions and expedient results.

I remember meeting him and saying "the reason I haven't built a cabin is because of the cost." When he asked why I thought I had to spend so much for a quality product and offered to show me examples of his work and was will to be completely transparent about costs, I realized we had found our builder. He kept us on target with out cost expectations and also helped us add our personal preferences and special details that we desired.

He is all of the best things you could hope for in a contractor: readily available, honest, hardworking, listens to what you want, helpful and flexible with our schedules. We wanted to do our own paint, floor and tile work and he was great about giving us the leeway to do this. He is a great communicator regarding schedules, changes in estimated times of completion when they occurred and would always find us the best quality product but also for the best price.

Lastly, he wanted us to have a product that had a special flair to it and one of the things he did was place a large log as part of the structure within the cabin instead of the walls being only drywall - this gave the cabin a cabin-feel and provided structural support as well as beauty. That was one of many things he did for us that made the cabin "not your basic cabin."

We have recommended Irish Quality Builders to many people planning to build and would, without hesitation ask for them again should we ever build again. They are without exception one of the very best. Mari Zaka
